Hello to my amazing readers and welcome to my blog!

My name is Funmilayo Tayo. I am a daughter, a sister, a friend to many and most importantly I am a daughter of God. I started this blog in 2017 and was inspired to call this blog “Do Better Everyday” based upon the journey I was on at the time (the beginning of a journey of transformation – just like the caterpillar to the butterfly). 

I am a young woman of God inspired to share my knowledge and my wisdom as I continue this journey in life.  I am passionate about encouraging others from a biblical and practical perspective. I love to write and I have a gift for encouraging others which I will be doing through this blog. 

ABOUT THE BLOG

I was inspired to create this blog mainly to encourage others to grow (in their journey of faith and personal development) and to share parts of my journey and the lessons I have gained along the way. I believe life is about learning, growing/maturing and renewing our mind daily so that we can be transformed and fulfil our destiny.  It has not been an easy ride and sometimes it has been a real struggle, but I realised that many people can also relate with this struggle, especially as we enter into this phase called adulthood. So, I would love to carry as many people along with me on my journey in Christ as I become better and aim to do better in all areas of life: In faith, mentally, physically, emotionally, financially and in my relationships! Join the family!

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.  (Romans 12:2)
